Grovity Leadership

    About Grovity Leadership

Built for Leaders Who Do Real Work.

Founded in 2023 by Wes Martin and Jeremiah Shaw. Grovity exists to help leaders, teams, and organizations become more grove-like — providing the protection, resources, and clarity that help people perform at their best.

    Why Grovity?

The name Grovity represents the idea of becoming grove-like. Groves provide protection, resources, peace, and renewal. Leaders who are grove-like do the same for the people they lead.

Through Executive Coaching, Team Coaching, and Leadership Training, we help leaders, teams, and organizations become more grove-like — so their people can perform, grow, and deliver performance that matter.

    Who he works with

    Alignment, Fulfillment, and Impact.

Wes is unwavering in his belief that anyone can be an exceptional leader if they connect to and lead from their values, maximize their strengths, know and care for those they lead, and learn to manage and mitigate their weaknesses. He works as a collaborative thought partner — walking alongside clients to help them achieve greater alignment with self, influence with others, and impact on their organizations. Outside of work, Wes is a husband and father of two in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma — where you will find him hiking, deep in a book, or taking his love of Seinfeld, The Office, and fantasy football way too seriously.

He holds leaders' feet to the fire — creating consistent action toward the goals that matter most. Know yourself. Accept yourself. Define yourself. Purpose. Values. Direction. Action. When not working: fly-fishing, hunting, mountain biking, skiing, or writing.

    Our Coaching Philosophy

    The The Summit Performance Framework

Leadership performance is not just a function of skills and strategy. It is a function of the person doing the leading. A leader who is running on empty — physically depleted, relationally isolated, mentally scattered — cannot deliver the clarity and accountability their organization needs.

Grovity coaching addresses the whole leader across five dimensions of leader health: Physical, Mental, Emotional, Relational, and Spiritual. When a leader strengthens across all five, our coaching sequence — Beliefs, Vision, Values, Identity, Clarity, Goals, and Accountability — produces two measurable outcomes: Fulfillment for the leader, and Impact for the people they lead.

Healthier leaders produce healthier teams. That is not a philosophy statement. It is what we see in the data.

The Right Coach for Every Engagement — Chosen By You

Wes and Jeremiah lead Grovity's full-time team and personally oversee every client relationship. Before any engagement begins, clients meet with up to three Grovity coaches in discovery calls. You choose who you work with — based on fit, not assignment.

For larger engagements, we draw from our vetted contract coach network. Every coach holds ICF credentials.

One thing we are deliberate about: conflict of interest. When coaching multiple leaders in the same organization, we assign separate coaches to ensure objective firewalls. No single coach holds information across the whole team. We do not manage the team for the leader. We coach the leader to have the conversations they need to have — in their own voice, with their own people.

    Our Coaching Team

Senior Coaching Partners across our vetted network. Every coach holds ICF credentials and brings deep, real-world leadership experience.
