Every leader and entrepreneur has more capability than their current mindset lets them access. A confidential coaching community for male founders, executives, and entrepreneurs who want to lead with greater clarity, purpose, and consistency. A 9-month intensive built around The Summit Performance Framework™, September 23rd through May 19th, guided by ICF-credentialed Executive Coaches Wes Martin and Jeremiah Shaw. This intensive is for men only.
A 9-month intensive built around The Summit Performance Framework™, running September 23rd through May 19th. Members are expected to attend at least 13 of 16 sessions to remain in good standing.
The Grove is a $4,500 investment in your leadership, the equivalent of $500/month across the 9-month intensive, paid in full upfront to join. September through May. This isn't a line item. It's a personal decision to invest in your own leadership, made in full before you show up to session one.

Every other Wednesday via Zoom, 11:30am - 1:00 pm CT / 10:30am - 12:00pm MT. 3-hour sessions start 90 minutes earlier and end at the same time. Sixteen sessions, September through May.

How a Grove Session Works
The coach works on the person. The group works on the problem. Professional coaching first, peer wisdom second, accountability throughout.
Accountability Check-In
Every session opens the same way: members report back on the commitments they made last time. Growth isn't measured by insight. It's measured by action.
A Challenge Surfaces
Together, the group identifies a real challenge one or more members are facing right now, in their business or their leadership.
Coaching, By Consent
We ask if the member is open to being coached on it. With their agreement, one of our ICF-credentialed coaches leads a focused 20–30 minute coaching conversation. Most challenges aren't really about the challenge. They're about the belief underneath it. The coach's job is to find that belief and clear it, so the member sees the real problem instead of the distorted one.
Clarifying Questions
The rest of the group listens in and asks questions that sharpen the member's own thinking, before anyone offers an opinion. This is the handoff. Once the mindset is clear, the room stops working on the person and starts working on the problem.
Group & Individual Learning
We name what surfaced, for the person in the seat and for everyone else in the room. Every member leaves with a clear action to carry forward.
Beyond the Room
Sometimes a conversation continues after the session ends. Members will occasionally schedule time one-on-one to offer direct advice or support outside the group.
What The Grove Isn't
Not a business incubator or accelerator
The Grove develops leaders, not ventures. There's no funding, pitch review, or growth strategy on the table, just the person leading the business.
Not a training program
There's no curriculum to complete. Members return to the same Summit Performance Framework™ again and again, because leadership growth is cyclical, not a course you finish.
Advisement comes second, not first
We coach the person to clear the limiting belief before anyone advises on the problem.

Untapped power exists in every leader and entrepreneur. What holds it back is rarely a skills gap. It's a limiting belief that's been running the show so long it feels like fact.
Coaching finds that belief and clears it. Once it's out of the way, the leader and entrepreneur sees the actual problem, not the version their mindset was showing them. That's when the group goes to work. Peers bring their own experience to bear on the real issue, not a clouded one.
